What Our Patent Means to You

On June 16, 2009 the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office granted US Patent No. 7,547,413 to Bauer. This a landmark patent in which processed water having unique characteristics was patented for steam generation.

Based on the scientific studies done under strict laboratory controls, peer reviewed and published in the scientific American Journal of Infection Control (AJIC, 2009 Feb; 37(1):20-7) it can be said that this water produces a steam that is radically different from other steam.

Radically different in that it is a process that changes tap water that comes from our daily water supplies.

The processed water can be used directly, further filtered or stored for an indefinite period of time without a change in its processed characteristics.

Until now we have released our water processor for commercial water treatment applications costing hundreds of thousands of dollars.

With the issuing of the patent we will now release, on a licensed basis as part of a research study for home owners, our residential processors which is Certified to NSF 61 Section 9 standards by CSA (
